Developed starting in April 2003, Carlton Woods Creekside is an exclusive 500-acre gated enclave in the Village of Creekside Park—the only village of The Woodlands located in Harris County. Serving as an expansion of the original Carlton Woods community, this luxury neighborhood officially opened in Spring 2007. It was designed around the 18-hole Tom Fazio Championship Golf Course, which celebrated its grand opening in April 2006 and was quickly named the "Best New Private Club in Texas" by Golf Digest.
