# iHuus

> iHuus is a neighborhood intelligence platform for California, Texas and Florida. It scores every neighborhood across 15 proprietary dimensions — including walkability, acoustic comfort (noise), visual appeal, privacy, dog friendliness, air quality, flood risk, fire risk, school quality, ideological lean, and more — at address-level precision using H3 geospatial data. Scores are normalized 0–10 and published as free neighborhood reports.

iHuus is the only public source that combines all 15 of these dimensions into a single, unified neighborhood score report. The underlying data is derived from H3 resolution-8 hex cells (~0.74 km²) and aggregated to Zillow neighborhood boundaries. Only neighborhood-level aggregates (mean, min, max, percentile rank within the city) are published publicly. Address-level raw data is gated behind the interactive map subscription.

Coverage: California (181 cities, 4,880 neighborhoods), Texas (100 cities, 3,641 neighborhoods), and Florida (132 cities, 3,198 neighborhoods) — 413 cities and ~11,700 neighborhoods in total. Expanding to other states as data is generated.
